Prayer Diary
WEBA produces a quarterly prayer diary, Baptists Together in Prayer, which is available in weekly instalments on this page and is also sent out to a mailing list as a paper booklet or word document. The diary makes it easy for both churches and individuals to keep praying for all the churches in our association. If you would like to receive your own copy of the quarterly diary, please contact the WEBA office. Scroll to the bottom of the page for this and next week's entries as pdf files.
March 7th – 13th
Milton, Weston-super-Mare John Smith, Emma Smith
Please pray for:-
• Plans for a church wide evangelism course based on mid week meetings as well as Sunday services to equip the church for evangelism
• Plans to run the ‘ Just 10’ course by J John in the autumn for the wider community
• Small groups meeting to look at different ways of doing church and to identify the needs of the under 45 age group.
Please give praise that:-
• Our weekly Youth café has now resumed with up to 90 young people attending and now meets at a well equipped education unit a few hundred yards from the church which means it is more self contained and less disruptive to neighbours around the church
• Our pastoral worker Shaggy Abdon Shortley has now recovered from a major operation and is back at work following a long period off sick.
Westbury West End, Wilts Pastoral Vacancy
Culkerton,Gloucestershire
Please pray with us a faithful few as we seek God’s guidance as to what we, as over eighty year olds, can do to share his love with those in our small village. We always contact newcomers to welcome them to the village and invite them to join us but as yet to no avail.
We praise God for his many blessings and pray that in his wisdom he will lead us in the way he wants us to continue fulfilling his mission in Culkerton.
